Every region, its own rules

Holiday rentals in Spain are regulated by each autonomous community: its own register, registration number and rules for advertising. I check that your listing shows what is required where your property is.

Your listing data travels

Platforms share listing data with the Spanish authorities through the Digital Single Window for Rentals (Ventanilla Única Digital de Arrendamientos). Accurate, consistent details are no longer optional.

Guests compare in seconds

Who's behind it

Hi, I'm Laura.

I studied interior architecture in the UK, where I lived and worked for 12 years, and I have worked in real estate and property management in Spain.

Today I run id82 from Valencia, helping owners and managers across Spain present their properties with care, in Spanish and English. I look at a listing the way I look at a space: what you see first, what doesn't belong and what's missing.

Every project starts with fresh eyes. That's what innocent means to me.

What people usually ask

Do you handle the licence or registration?

No. I check that the registration number your region requires and your listing details are presented correctly. You or your gestoría handle the application itself.

What if I don't have a registration number yet?

I can prepare everything else while you apply. I'll tell you what's missing and we complete the listing once you have it.

What do I need to send you?

One form with your property details and around 20 well-lit landscape photos. If your photos aren't helping, I'll give you a guide to retake them with your phone.

Will I get direct bookings?

The website is your calling card and a channel for returning guests. If you want direct bookings, I connect it to your booking system.

Can I keep using my booking system?

Yes. If you already use one, I connect it to your website.

Do you work with properties outside Valencia?

Yes. Everything is done online, anywhere in Spain.

Who owns the domain?

You do. It is always registered in your name.

Is there a minimum term?
